About MCCRAfrica

Multilingual societies are complex, dynamic, and deeply shaped by everyday language use. MCCRAfrica brings together leading researchers, policy experts, and local partners to better understand how multilingualism in practice influences violent conflict and peacebuilding across African contexts.

Our aim is to generate evidence and practical insights that help policymakers, practitioners, and communities use multilingualism as a resource for preventing conflict, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting sustainable peace.
